The Springtown Porcupine cheer squad turned in a strong performance at the 2025 Hearts for the Holiday Cheer Championship, earning second place in the 4A Game Day division Sunday, Dec. 7, at Flower Mound Marcus High School.
The annual Hearts for the Holiday Cheer Championship features school and recreational programs from across the region, with teams competing in divisions divided by age, size and cheer style.
Springtown’s squad impressed judges throughout the routine, securing a runner-up finish in a competitive field. The performance continues a successful season for the Porcupine cheerleaders as they prepare for additional competitions later this winter.
