The University Interscholastic League has released enrollment figures submitted by Texas school districts as part of the biennial realignment process for the 2026–28 cycle.
Enrollment numbers were collected Oct. 31 from every public school district in the state. Those figures are used by the UIL to determine classifications based on school size and geography. While the official district alignments will not be announced until February 2026, the classification cutoffs are now known.
Enrollment totals across the state varied widely. Allen High School reported the largest enrollment with 6,798 students, while San Vicente High School reported just three students.
