Springtown Independent School District board of trustees received the annual landscape analysis of the district conducted by Texas Strategic Leadership. The program for Texas school district leaders uses customized coaching and effective district frameworks to create strategic plans focused on improving student outcomes. Assistant Superintendent of Academics Tiffany Cano presented the results to the board at a regular meeting Dec. 15.
“TSL did a complete landscape analysis with our district (in) which they visited with HR, our business office, the steering committee and me,” Superintendent Shane Strickland said. SISD’s steering committee is made up of the superintendent and board members guiding educational initiatives, setting vision, aligning resources, overseeing plans, ensuring accountability and driving student success.
Cano explained to the board the district submits data from the past school year to TSL and sends back the analysis data.
