Springtown ISD recognized 35 SISD teachers for achieving their first or higher designation through the Teacher Incentive Allotment program for the 2024-25 school year. These distinguished designations exemplify a teacher’s commitment to instructional excellence and student growth.

The Teacher Incentive Allotment is a state program designed to retain and reward influential teachers who have consistently achieved high classroom performance outcomes. Through an extensive evaluation process, teachers can earn a Recognized, Exemplary or Master designation.
