The Springtown FFA continued its busy stock show season by heading south to the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo, following an earlier stop at the San Angelo Stock Show.
The San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo opened Feb. 12 and ran through March 1, with Springtown FFA exhibitors competing in the swine portion of the event. For many of the students, the shows marked their first major stock show experience.
FFA adviser Dawson Shannon said the demanding week highlighted both the growth and determination of his students.
