The next Springtown farmers market is slated for March 21 at the Newby Pavilion from 10 a.m. to 2.pm. The city has two more farmers markets April 18 and May 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. before the 2025-2026 season concludes. The 2026-2027 season will begin June 27 from 8 a.m. to noon and will take a pause in July and August before picking back up in September.
“During the wintertime we don't do (any). The last one will be in November, and then we don't have anything December and January, and then we kind of pick back up in February. It’s still kind of cold, but those vendors are eager to come back and see each other. Then during the hot months of July and August, we don't do anything because it's just too hot, and breads will spoil or start to sweat, so you don't want any of that. That’s when we kind of pause just for those months but most of the time it's year-round,” City Events Coordinator Rachele Ortega said.
The city brought back the farmers market last year with a three-month trial run that began in February. The trial run was positive, so the city decided to continue to host monthly farmers markets.
