BASEBALL
The Porcupine varsity baseball team played in the Burleson/Cleburne baseball tournament March 5-7. The Porcupines shut out Saginaw 3-0 to open the tournament. Game 2 saw the Porcupines win 7-2 over Arlington Bowie. The Porcupines finished off beating Wichita Falls Legacy 2-1.
The Porcupine JV also saw tournament action over the weekend splitting four games. The Pines defeated Timberview 5-0 and 9-5. The JV Porcupines fell to Burleson 9-6 and to South Grand Prairie 5-0.
