The North Texas High School Rodeo Association will celebrate 54 years of competition when it hosts its season-ending finals May 29-30 at Cowtown Coliseum in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards.

The two-day event will feature the top high school rodeo athletes from across North Texas, with performances scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday and 11 a.m. Saturday.

The NTHSRA is made up of student-athletes in grades 9-12 who compete throughout the school year in rodeos primarily held at the association’s arena in Saginaw. During the 2025-26 season, approximately 350 students from nearly 100 high schools competed for a spot in the finals.
