Baseball camp keeps Porcupine momentum rolling

Baseball camp keeps Porcupine momentum rolling
Springtown baseball camper Maverick Berry warms up his arm for baseball camp.

The future of Springtown baseball was on display June 1-3 as approximately 60 young athletes participated in the Springtown High School Summer Baseball Camp.

Led by head coach Colin Crawford and members of the Porcupine baseball staff and program, campers spent three days learning the fundamentals of the game, including hitting, fielding, throwing, base running and overall baseball skills.

The camp provided young players an opportunity to develop their abilities while learning from one of the area's most successful programs.
