It’s all about the peaches Saturday, July 11 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. when historic downtown Weatherford will once again be the location of the 41st annual Parker County Peach Festival. The festival celebrates the small but delicious peaches Parker County is known for, and those brave enough to venture into the July heat will find lots to enjoy.
This year the festival will feature more than 200 arts, crafts, food and activity booths, two entertainment stages, two children’s activity areas, the Peach Pedal Bike Ride, a “42” domino tournament, and of course, several peach food competitions.
General admission to the event is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 5-12, and children ages 4 and under are free.
