Lady Porcupines build for the future at volleyball camp
Head coach Abby Zipoy talks with campers between drills.

The future of Springtown High School volleyball was on display at the Lady Porcupine Volleyball Summer Camp July 27-29 with a large turnout of young athletes preparing for the upcoming season.

The camp’s high attendance required the camp to use two locations. Incoming kindergarten through third-grade campers trained at Springtown Middle School, while fourth- through ninth-grade players filled the courts at Springtown High School.

Led by head coach Abby Zipoy and the Lady Porcupine coaching staff, the annual camp gives young athletes an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of volleyball while introducing them to the expectations of one of the area's most successful programs.
