Parker County Arrests

Staff Report

The following individuals were arrested and charged with felony offenses between Aug. 16 and Aug. 23.

• Benjamin Edward Kaminski, 24, of Weatherford, was arrested Sunday, Aug. 16 by Springtown police and charged with driving while intoxicated. He posted $3,000 bond and was released from jail the following day.
• Brittani Karrin Delaney, 42, of Springtown was arrested Tuesday, Aug. 18 by Parker County Sheriff’s deputies and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 or 1-B, 1-4 grams. Delaney posted $5,000 bond and was released from jail the following day.
• Garrett Austin Vandevender, 33, of Springtown, was arrested Friday, Aug. 21 by Department of Public Safety troopers and charged with driving while intoxicated. He posted $1,500 bond and was released from jail the following day.
• Rachel Denise Stephens, 24, of Springtown, was arrested Saturday, Aug. 22 by Weatherford police and charged with driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container. She posted $2,000 bond and was released from jail the same day.
• Sean Michael Whitehead, 56, of Springtown, was arrested Saturday, Aug. 22 by Springtown police and charged with driving while intoxicated. His bond is set at $2,500 and he remained in the Parker County jail as of Monday, Aug. 24.
• Alicia Dawn Kubena, 51, of Springtown, was arrested Sunday, Aug. 23 by Weatherford police and charged with driving while intoxicated. She posted $2,500 bond and was released from jail the same day.
