Jennifer Lanham did not set out to become known as the “Springtown Bread Lady,” open a community pantry or operate an Amish market.
Her journey toward her current life began unexpectedly when the COVID-19 pandemic forced her to close the massage therapy business she had spent years building.
“For about 20-plus years now, I’ve been a clinical massage therapist,” Lanham said. “I was like the top-rated massage therapist for many years in Parker County. It was wonderful — then COVID hit.”
