SHS girls powerlifting coach talks about successes
This is the 10th year in a row the Springtown High School girls powerlifting team has been crowned regional champions.
Since 2022, girls powerlifting coach Missy Castro has led the team to success after success. This year alone, the 2025 girls powerlifting team broke five regional records and tied another. What’s the secret for winning? Work hard.
