This weekly freshwater fishing report is brought to you courtesy of Texas Parks & Wildlife Department for the week beginning Friday, March 12.
EAGLE MOUNTAIN LAKE GOOD. Water normal stain; 57 degrees; 4.64 feet below pool. White bass are fair on main lake structures with slabs. Some are being caught staging near creeks on rooster tails and inline spinners.
Crappie are fair in boat slips and on brush-on jigs and shallow on jigs. Blue catfish and channel catfish are good on punch bait and shad in multiple depths. All fish patterns are changing with warm and cool days so patterns may change daily.
