On Saturday, May 3, Hilltop Family Christian Academy will host its first ever Mayfest. Years ago, the Springtown Lions Club used to host this event but eventually decided not to host it anymore. Brandon Conway, a member of HFCA board, approached the Lions Club about HFCA bringing the event back, and the Lions Club gave its blessing. Back in March, HFCA started discussing having an event as a way to engage with the community and to advertise HFCA.
The event will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the HFCA parking lot on Old Cottondale Road. This is a completely free event sponsored by The Lube Center, MX2 Custom Pools, Winstead Paint & Body, R&C Custom Homes and RWN Pump & Fabrication.
Food and vendor items will be the only costs attendees will cover.
