Springtown chamber director unveils new business program

Springtown Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Taylor Blackburn shared her vision and new programs within the chamber of commerce during the organization’s luncheon Thursday, April 24.

“I started thinking, what is valuable to you as a business owner?” Blackburn said. “And the thing that came to my mind was quality over quantity.”

Blackburn points out that it’s easy for business owners to get focused on the numbers and sometimes they forget to pause and reflect on how they are showing up in consistency, for customers and clients and ultimately themselves. Reflecting on personal experience, Blackburn says her dad always taught her that the foundation you build upon is important.
