On Thursday, May 1, Hilltop Family Church hosted a National Day of Prayer breakfast where city officials, school district administrators, first responders, business owners, religious leaders and citizens of Springtown gathered to pray over different areas of the city and the nation.
For years, Hilltop Family Church has been hosted the event for the Springtown community and invites a special guest to come speak to the power of prayer over the city, state and nation. This year’s speaker was Scot Wall, a state minister through the Capitol Commission Texas who ministers to all 150 House members, all 31 Senators, the Executive Branch, Judicial Branch, staff members, lobbyists, State Troopers, sergeants and all others in the state Capitol.
Wall actually visited Hilltop years ago for a National Day of Prayer service. He began by telling attendees what’s happening in the Capitol.
