Project Manager Trevor Truss of E.S. & C.M. Engineers gave the firm’s monthly report to the Walnut Creek SUD board of directors during the May 19 meeting. The current bond projects that are under construction: The surface water treatment plant expansion was contracted at $4.2 million. Due to long lead times, the start date for the project is July of this year.
The 1-million-gallon ground storage tank at the plant site which was contracted at $2.5 million is 95% complete.
One project completely finished is the MG ground storage tank rehab at the plant site which was contracted at $568,607.00.
