The Springtown Boys Basketball Camp tipped off summer with energy and excitement as head coach Jason Riley welcomed 30 young athletes to the gym this week. The three-day camp, which concluded Wednesday, June 4, was geared toward elementary- aged boys looking to learn the fundamentals of the game and build a foundation for future success.
Riley, now entering his second season leading the Porcupines, emphasized skill development, teamwork and having fun. “It’s important to start building habits early,” said Riley. “We want these kids to love the game and grow in confidence.”
