The “Lights, camera and action” were happening at White’s Funeral Home a couple weeks ago in Springtown when Taylor Sheridan’s hit TV show “Landman” used the funeral home as a set for a scene. Springtown was buzzing with rumors days before filming started as production crews and props were spotted at the funeral home before filming took place. Funeral Director Zack Bellenger said they were first contacted about another project back in 2024.
“We were contacted previously about using East Greenwood Cemetery as a filming location last year,” Bellenger said. “That project did not work out, but they still had our phone number to contact if they had any other projects in the future. They called us and wanted to see our Weatherford and Springtown Funeral Homes.”
Low and behold, another TV show with a massive fanbase and following contacted the funeral home again for another special project.
