• On Saturday, June 28, a Miracle Moment of appreciation will honor Jody Lowery, longtime teacher and coach at Springtown ISD. The ceremony will be at 1 p.m. at Legacy Oaks of Azle, 1364 Southwest Parkway in Azle. A reception and meet-and-greet will follow from 2-4 p.m.
• POJO Football camp will be July 15-17 at the SHS Indoor Facility and will cater to second through sixth graders.
The cost for the camp is $70.
