Springtown kids make tie-dye creations
Summer break is in full swing, and the Springtown Public Library is helping kids and parents unleash their inner artists by making tie-dye creations. On June 18, the library hosted quite a colorful activity by having kids tie-dye towels, shirts, bags and other accessories. The actual event was held outside behind the library as the craft can become quite a mess.
The Springtown library hosts kid-related activities once a month in an effort to keep kids engaged while they are out of school.
