The city of Springtown has shut down the citizen recycling center due to major illegal dumping of trash happening on site.
“The city regrets to inform residents that effective im- mediately, recycling will no longer be accepted at the Citizen Collection Center due to repeated incidents of illegal dumping,” the city said in a statement.
