Springtown City Administrator David Miller gave his monthly report on various projects, endeavors and events coming up. Miller started with the 2025-26 fiscal year budget.
“We have met with most of the (city) department heads — we still have one left,” Miller said. “We are actively working on the budget and putting it together.”
Looking at years past, the city budget typically is finalized and adopted in late August. Next, Miller briefed the council on the Water Treatment Plant Improvement Project.
