The leadership philosophy of Jamie Oliver

Springtown Deputy Chief of Police Jamie Oliver has always followed his heart and what he believes is right.

At 38 years old, he made a dramatic career change and decided to go to the police academy to become a police officer. Oliver is a native Texan who grew up in Perrin and graduated from Perrin-Whitt High School. He spent a year in college but decided to start working and went into appliance repair. When Oliver made the choice to go into criminal justice, his family was taken back.
