Springtown hosts city-wide job fair

The city of Springtown held its first job fair of this year to help any citizen or resident in the area look for employment. The fair was held at the Springtown ISD administration building from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on E. Fifth Street.

Many businesses and markets in the Springtown vicinity were looking to hire and fill open positions. Springtown ISD, the city of Springtown, Brookshire’s, Howell’s Café, Weatherford College, Frontier Waste Solutions and representatives from the United States Army and Navy set up tables to advertise employment or recruit potential candidates.
