Library installed at Springtown Park
Springtown Park looks a bit livelier after the Springtown Girl Scout Troop 2783 built and installed a free library box in front of the volleyball nets.
The members of Troop 2783 are Chloe Salazar, Riley Edwards, Natalie Gallant, Marley McGrain, Macie Spinks and Kamryn Chaires. The library box has been an idea in the works for a while as the girls wanted to earn their bronze medal. In order to receive a bronze medal, the entire troop must come up with a project that serves the community.
