As Porcupine Academy goes into its third year, Principal Andrew Horis gave an overview about the 2024-2025 school year to the Springtown ISD board of trustees in June.
“It was a great year,” Horis said. “We graduated 13 students by the end of the year. We had about two or three kids step into summer school.”
Horis touched on last year’s numbers when 18 students enrolled and graduated. Horis expects about 23 students will be completely enrolled for this upcoming 2025-2026 school year. Horis updated the council on some cosmetic updates the building designated for Porcupine Academy received.
