Filled with flappers, gambling, live music and a roaring night to remember, the Springtown Education Foundation held its third annual gala at the Covered Bridge venue on Agnes Circle. The foundation is an organization that supports Springtown ISD’s teachers and students. The theme for the gala was the Roaring ‘20s and the guests certainly did not disappoint as most attendees were dressed in their 1920s best. The live entertainment for the night was The Bart Crow Band, Corn Fed Catering served up some steak and chicken with mash potatoes and crab cakes, and Pop’s Parties & Events provided all the Las Vegas-themed casino excitement. The stakes were high during the live auction as many high-priced items were up for grabs, such as a getaway trip to an Airbnb on Eagle Mountain Lake and a family-style guided trip to Possum Kingdom Lake.
A sought-after auction item was a handmade Springtown ISD-themed quilt made by Quilting is My Cup of Tea.
The special live entertainment for the night was the Bart Crow Band.
