The first day of school for the Springtown ISD 2025-2026 school year is Aug. 13. Elementary schools start at 7:35 a.m., Springtown Middle School begins at 8 a.m., Springtown Intermediate School starts at 7:50 a.m. and Springtown High School begins at 7:55 a.m.
