Springtown scores 30 unanswered to secure 30-9 win
After spotting Joshua the first nine points Friday night, the Springtown Porcupines locked down defensively and surged to a 30-9 victory in their 2025 season opener.
The Owls struck early, but Springtown quarterback Kaine Hill put the Pines on the board with a 1-yard rushing touchdown in the second quarter. Moments later, the defense pounced on a fumble, setting up Riley Jackson’s 6-yard touchdown reception. The Porcupines carried a 14-9 lead into halftime.
