Springtown leaders highlight growth, budget plans at luncheon

Mayor, city administrator share state of city at Aug. 28 event

As it enters a new fiscal year, the city of Springtown shared the “state of the city” at an Aug. 28 Springtown Area Chamber of Commerce luncheon. The presentation was made by Springtown Mayor Mike Kelley and City Administrator David Miller.

Kelley recognized the city council and administrator for the tremendous work and effort they put into their jobs to benefit the residents of Springtown.
