Terror on N. Cardinal Road

Wild dogs leave trail of blood and fear

For over two years now, residents and families on N. Cardinal Road have lived in terror due to a pack of wild dogs that roams the area, destroying and killing animals and livestock.

On Sept. 8 at a Reno city council meeting, Reno citizen Bryce Heath stood in front of a large crowd and informed Mayor Hector Bas and council members about the sheer terror and fear his family has experienced due to these untamed dogs.
