Council creates, appoints members to Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee

The Springtown City Council is making conscientious decisions regarding Springtown’s growth with the recent creation of a Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee.

A Comprehensive Plan is essentially a city’s roadmap for the future, as it provides a framework and guide for a community’s growth and development.

During a regular meeting Sept. 25, council appointed seven members to serve on the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee, who will assist the city in updating its plan to ensure it reflects the needs and aspirations for Springtown’s future.
