Team Netherlands captured the 2025 FIM Quadcross of Nations title Sunday, edging six-time defending champion Team USA by just two points in front of a roaring home crowd at the Kamperweg Heerde Circuit.
The Dutch squad’s consistency across motos proved decisive on the brutal sand track, where Team USA’s bid for a seventh straight crown unraveled in the final race. Team Estonia claimed third to round out the podium.
Team USA endured an up-and-down weekend. Star rider Joel Hetrick, who led early in the opening moto, suffered two crashes and settled for 13th. His misfortune was offset by teammate Bryce Ford, from Springtown, who stormed from 17th to finish second in the same race, while Norway’s Christopher Tveraen claimed the victory.
