With a new elementary school set to open in 2027, Huckabee Inc. representative Aubrey Moses presented the Springtown ISD board of trustees an interior design update to the new school. Huckabee is an architecture and engineering firm that specializes in educational facilities and is the founding brand of MOREgroup.
“We want to bring you an update on what the design process has been so far,” Moses said.
The presentation given Sept. 22 touched on the future school’s site plans, floor plans and design concepts. Moses informed the trustees that Huckabee previously met with campus administrators and staff from the other elementary campuses to receive their feedback on the potential design and layout. During this meeting, Moses presented the stakeholders a list of questions, such as “what are some new qualities you would like to see at the new campus or not?”
