Fresh off a bye week and a district championship-clinching win over Decatur, the 10-0 Springtown Porcupines now turn their attention to the start of the UIL 4A Division I playoffs. Springtown will face the Lake Worth Bullfrogs in the bi-district round Thursday, Nov. 13 in Godley.
The Porcupines enter postseason play unbeaten after their 63-36 victory over Decatur secured the District 5-4A DI title. Lake Worth comes in at 2-8, finishing fourth in District 6-4A.
Head coach Brian Hullett said his team is eager for the challenge and understands what is required to advance.
