One of the area’s oldest homes is now the site of fun-filled family events thanks to local residents Michael and Crystal Baney, who purchased “the old Martin house” and subsequently dubbed it “Holiday Hill Farms.”
As they navigated through life in Springtown, raising their three children and successfully running their business near State Highway 199, Crystal had no idea her husband was fortifying another dream while living directly across the street from the vacant property.
Baney said it was Michael who insisted on purchasing the home, located at 803 E. Third St. in Springtown, with the notion of it someday becoming a keepsake for the community he was raised in.
