The Springtown Lady Porcupines are off to a strong start in the 2025–26 basketball season, opening with a 7-2 record and an early-season tournament championship.
Springtown captured the Keene Invitational Varsity Tournament title Nov. 20–22 with wins over Southwest (67-17), Itasca (54-28), Aubrey (27-24) and Midland Classical Academy (46-35) in the championship game. The tournament highlighted the Lady Porcupines’ young roster, with several underclassmen stepping into key roles.
Sophomore Kaylee Falcon was named tournament MVP. Sophomores Addy Burtnett and Olivia Williams were selected to the all-tournament team.
