Toby Wayne Grubis, a cherished real estate agent, left this world July 4, 2025, in Dallas at the age of 55, after a long battle with cancer. Born May 11, 1970, in Fort Worth, Toby was a vibrant spirit known for his infectious enthusiasm and a passion for life that drew people to him.

Throughout his career, Toby made a lasting impact as a dedicated real estate professional, always striving to provide for his family while offering kindness to all who crossed his path. He was not only a devoted provider but also a beloved figure in his community, where he was actively involved as a member of the Friendship Baptist Church in Weatherford.

Toby had a zest for life that was evident in the many hobbies and interests he pursued. He enjoyed spending time on the golf course, playing tennis and fishing, but above all, he treasured the moments spent with his family. His warm personality made him a delight to be around, and he cultivated relationships filled with love and laughter.

He is survived by his loving spouse, Christal Grubis; his sons, Dakin Grubis and

wife Kindal, Nolan Grubis, and Peyton Grubis; his parents, Jerry and Deana Grubis; his brother, Jay Grubis and wife Missy; and his cherished grandchildren, Pilot, Knoxx, and Billie. Toby also leaves behind several nieces and nephews and extended family who will miss him dearly.

Toby’s legacy of kindness and joy will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew him. He was a remarkable man who lived life to the fullest, and his memory will forever be embraced by those who loved and admired him. A private family memorial was held in his honor.
