Kelly Ann Wiley, 64, passed away peacefully April 10, 2026, just days before her 65th birthday. Born April 18, 1961, she will be remembered for her love of family and the kindness she showed to those around her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester “JR/Chet” Wiley; her father, Richard Odell Dodson; and her brother, Ronnie Dale Dodson.

She is survived by her mother, Mildred Annette Dodson; her children, Mari Anne Swain and Justin Hadley; stepchildren Todd Wiley, Tammie Wiley, Laurie Wiley, Dede Marquez and Kristie Wiley; grandchildren Kyson Wiley, Makaelyn Swain and Joseph Hadley; and numerous step-grandchildren.
