Phyllis Jean (Burns) Martin, 75, transitioned to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, June 12, 2026, at home surrounded by her family.

A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 27 at Hollow Hills Event Center, Weatherford.

Phyllis was born May 23, 1951, in Oklahoma City. 

In retirement she loved shopping, dining out, taking little road trips and spending time with her grandchildren making memories. Phyllis will be greatly missed by all but never forgotten.

She is preceded in death by her parents Earl and Brunetta Burns; brother, David Burns; the father of her children, Keith Martin; and her beautiful angel daughter, Leigh Ann Martin Russell.

Phyllis was a loving mother to Lori (Kenny) Randolph, Cheryl (Richie) Evans and Mitchell (Lauren) Martin; a loving grandmother to Jessica Evans, Jordan (Amber) Evans, Johnny Russell III, Hunter Randolph, Morgan (Austin) Martin and Brayden and Kooper Martin; and great-grandmother of Casen and Cohen Evans, Zendall Randolph and Blakely Strunk. She is also survived by brothers, Jeff (Teresa) Bobo, Greg (Janice) Bobo, Barry (Becky) Bobo and Brian (Shelly) Burns; sister, Misty Burns; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
