Chad O’Darrel Hazelton, age 51, of Springtown, passed away Sept. 8, 2026. 

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Sept. 18, 2026, at White’s Funeral Home in Springtown.

He was born Nov. 9, 1974, in Sierra Vista, Arizona to William and Judy Hazelton.

Chad will be remembered for his generosity, his stubborn nature, and his wonderful sense of humor in the face of lifelong adversity. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his siblings, his many nieces and nephews, his friends, and his beloved church family.
