Optimist Food Truck Park to open April 2026

The city of Springtown has announced that Optimist Food Truck Park will be open Fridays from 11 a.m.-7. p.m. beginning in April.

“We hope that residents can expect a welcoming and family friendly atmosphere with a rotating variety of food truck vendors offering diverse cuisines or their local flavor. Local flavor, local fun,” says City Events Coordinator Rachele Ortega.

Food truck vendors will have the option of paying $100 to set their food truck up and sell their menu items every Friday for the entire month or they can pay $50 to set up just one Friday — a tremendous cost saving measure for up-and-coming entrepreneurs.
