Knowing the needs of the communities it serves is crucial to providing health care — something Texas Health Resources takes seriously.

In order to provide programs for the issues of utmost concern in the community, Texas Health completes a Community Health Needs Assessment. The assessment allows Texas Health to better understand the health status and needs of the community and use the knowledge gained to implement programs that will benefit the community.

The 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment identified behavioral health trends in Parker County, noting the county reports some of the highest rates of frequent mental health distress.
