The city of Springtown has provided a community update on how residents can dispose of brush and debris from the storm that occurred Saturday night, April 25.

Citizen Disposal is now open for brush-only dropoff behind the Annex Building at 200 N. Main St.

Bulk pickup is scheduled for Saturday, May 2. Residents must call City Hall at 817-220-4834 to have their address added to the pickup list.

The Public Works Department will be passing through neighborhoods for curbside brush pickup through the end of the week. Residents are to place all brush at the curb for disposal.

City officials said a large amount of debris remains throughout the area and asked for patience as crews work to complete cleanup as quickly as possible.
