Springtown Mayor Mike Kelley spoke to local business leaders at the Springtown Area Chamber of Commerce luncheon April 23, in which he provided an overview of the concepts shared in the book “The Six Types of Working Genius” by Patrick Lencioni.
The book outlines a workplace framework focused on identifying individual strengths to improve team performance.
Kelley explained that work moves through six stages— wonder, invention, discernment, galvanizing, enablement and tenacity.
