Porcupine Academy graduates 11 in class of 2026
SISD’s Porcupine Academy saw 11 students receive their high school diplomas Monday, May 11. Andrew Horis, principal of Springtown Independent School District’s Porcupine Academy, led the class of 2026 graduation ceremony Monday, May 11, recognizing students for their dedication and perseverance in earning their high school diplomas.

Porcupine Academy is an SISD program designed for nontraditional students seeking a flexible path to graduation and offers a self-paced online learning platform tailored for students balancing jobs, family responsibilities and other commitments while working toward a diploma.

Families and SISD leadership celebrated 11 graduates of Porcupine Academy’s class of 2026.
