The Springtown Education Foundation will host its fourth annual gala Friday, July 31 at The Orchard Event Venue and Retreat in Azle. The gala is the foundation’s signature fundraiser, helping provide scholarships for graduating seniors and grants that support Springtown ISD teachers.
This year’s fiesta-themed event is presented by Winstead Paint & Body and TriState Dent and includes dinner, entertainment, a silent auction and a live auction.
Mistie Rivera, owner of Alvin Ord’s in Springtown and one of the gala’s lead organizers, said the real heart of the event is the community effort behind it.
